Richard tours the last wooden whaling ship in the world, the Charles W. Morgan. Architect Sally DeGan tells Norm that the new dormer was finally approved and Tom shows its progress, and how he's carefully waterproofing its low slope roof. Inside, Kevin sees that insulation went in a few days ago and wallboard is going up. Mason Mark McCullough installs a reclaimed brick veneer on the new kitchen bump out.
